What it is

One room, the whole department

NIC's flagship symposium is back for a third year. Genesis is when the club stops running workshops and runs a room instead — the whole department in one place, and thirteen events across three tracks pointed at whoever turns up: the technical ones for people who want to build something before the day is out, the non-technical ones for everybody else, and a gaming bracket running alongside both.
